Purchasing Terms
1. All product prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars, and the prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are final.
2. Services provided are based on the customer-supplied information (e.g. shipping address, contact information). If inaccurate information affects
ordering or shipping, we are not liable.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, accidents, riots, wars, government policy changes, strikes, or any other uncontrollable events.
No Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable.
Complimentary Resizing Service
We offer exchanges for ring sizes only—not for models or carat sizes
Resizing: If the size does not fit, we offer a free ring resizing once. Customers must contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item and arrange for return within 7 working days. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the return process.
Ineligible Items for Return:
1. Items with user-caused damage
2. Items with damaged packaging
3. Customized sizes
4. Earrings (due to hygiene considerations)
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders in Hong Kong. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers once the items are dispatched. In case of resizing or exchange returns (where applicable), customers will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the return process.
5-Year Warranty
We are pleased to offer a 5-year warranty on all jewelry items. This warranty covers loose stones repairing and cleaning. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or modifications.
